It's a path structured around four essential pillars, which form the acronym LEAD: .: L – Learning about Yourself: knowing yourself—purpose, values, and identity. .: E – Embrace Your Emotions: embracing and managing emotions, developing emotional intelligence and resilience. .: A – Act with Intention: acting and communicating with clarity, consistency, and purpose. .: D – Drive People and Results: inspiring and empowering people and teams, adapting your leadership style to their needs through the situational leadership model. Ultimately, LEAD summarizes the journey of any leader or individual: ➡️ first learn to lead yourself, ➡️ then gain clarity and tools to empower and lead others to better results.
